Projects from Sikt

Sikt (Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research) will provide UiB with guidance regarding issues concerning privacy, in addition, they will assist in conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIA) alongside researchers at UiB. The project information that is registered at Sikt will automatically be transferred to RETTE. When the project information is transferred to RETTE, the project manager will be notified by mail that a project exists in RETTE. Normally, all the information that is required by RETTE will be transferred from Sikt, thus there is no need to provide additional project information.

Data that is imported from Sikt cannot be modified in RETTE except for the end date of the project.

To modify the end date, first set the project status to "Changes Required" then update the date. There will be a symbol indicating that the date does no longer matches the one in Sikt. Any future updates to the date in Sikt won’t automatically update it in RETTE unless the dates match again.
