How to edit your project's status
If you are only going to change the status of a single project you can click on the checkmark symbol, between the trash can and eye symbol, found on the right side of the project line. This will bring up the "Edit status" screen and then you:
- Select an option from the drop-down menu and write a description.
- Confirm your changes by clicking "Edit status".
If you want to change multiple projects you do this:
- Choose your project by ticking off the circle to the left of the project name.
- To the right of the action bar, click the drop-down menu to reveal your options.
- Click “Edit status” and then the play-button.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu and write a description.
- Confirm your changes by clicking "Edit status".
What do the different statuses imply?
Approved by the faculty
The project is approved by the faculty.
Approved by institute
The project is approved by the institute.
Approved by project manager
The project has been approved by the project manager.
Changes required
A project is registered, but changes are required before the project is approved.
Evaluation by PO required
The project is sent to the PO for evaluation, or evaluation is required based on what was answered on questions about DPIA.
Registered
A project is registered, but the project manager has not approved the project.
Completed
The project has been completed.
In progress
A project registration has been started, but the registration is not committed.
